Home is Where the Snow Is

Living in Minnesota this time of year can be very interesting. On Monday and Tuesday (April 29 and 30) we had sunshine with temperatures in the mid to upper 70’s. On Wednesday (May Day!) it poured rain. On Thursday, May 2nd we had a record snowfall of 14.5 inches!

It’s no coincidence that I now live in the same town where I was born. I love Minnesota, and although I have lived in other states, this is where I am home. I enjoy our four seasons.
Old Man Winter is taking far too long to melt away this year, but it will make summer's arrival that much sweeter.

That's a lot of snow for this late in the season.

Oh my goodness! I think the seasons are shifting in the past 5 years. Everything is coming later and staying later. That being said, this is A LOT of snow! O.O I hope it gave you some beading time! ;) ♥ Dawn

ahh..so much snow! I'm complaining because it's rainy and dark. I couldn't handle snow in May.

Wow. This post makes me glad I don't live in Minnesota. I could not hack it. :)
