Orange Octopus! (Another wonderful design from artist Julie Paschkis.)After much surfing of the seven seas of the 'net I found him. Soon he'll be a lovely beaded pillow. My first Orange Octopus was quite popular, but alas he traveled to a new home. I didn't realize how difficult it would be to find another O.O. fabric block. I was so excited when I did I ordered two. That may be the end of this tentacled wonder so if you'd like to add him to your life, let me know.

For the month of December, I am hosting 1 giveaway a week! This week is a unique hair accessory (value:$16) by The Grey Deer !
I have to confess to loving the orange octopus so much that I purchased a block of him...but not to make a pillow. I want him as a wall hanging! My dogs would enjoy the pillow too much I'm afraid!
Della: I know what you mean. A few of my lovely pillows have fallen victim to various "grandpets." Sometimes I let them have unbeaded little "mistake" pillows to take home and tear apart.
Please post a picture of your octopus wall hanging; I'd love to see it. And have fun making it!
Hey Karen, I was going to email you, but you are a no reply blogger :( So I am here to answer your questions :)
She is new on the team! This was her first bout...she hasn't been injured, but I cringed when she fell. I was excited for this one, but I'm sure I will be biting my nails off in the near future!
